Collage in sketchbooks

Besides being passioned about creating in fabrics I also love making paper collages in my sketchbooks. I primarily use Gelli Printed papers for my collages, but I also do various print techniques, stamping, mark making, texting, stenciling and anything that my imagination and curiosity can come up with, I play with.

Playing with paper is free play to me, it’s fast and much easier than the fabrics. I experiment with colour combinations and assemblies of form and figures, it’s good inspiration for my fabric creating.
